Korea Post has increased the pricing of its EMS (Express Delivery) service and Standard service by 8% each.
This increase comes in effect on July 1st, 2015.
Our Express and Standard delivery option is also affected as a result.

‘Plain Selective’ is not an official line-up of ours. 'Hana and Alice' and 'The Grey' for example, were released using our logo, but these are not actually our products. We’re associated with them because we worked on either the authoring or the designing process. These products were created to meet the requirements of our clients, therefore the content and the package design don’t follow Plain Archive’s philosophy / way of doing things.

The bonus gift for purchasing is the poster, not the tube!
Dear International customers,
A small number of our customers are questioning why they received only one paper tube with 2 posters for purchasing two Triple Packs.
The bonus gift for purchasing a Triple Pack(or a Quadruple pack) is the poster, not the tube. Purchasing two Triple Packs doesn’t mean that we’ll be providing two tubes.
If we included two tubes, that would increase weight of the package, which would also increase your shipping fee.
Same thing applies for the ZDT Exclusive cardboard box. There's a limit to K-packet's size, which should not go over 90cm when adding the three dimensions together.
You can expect the cost to skyrocket for Air Parcel or EMS.
Of course, If you had placed 2 separate orders, then each order would have been shipped separately.
It is our policy when a singular order is placed, then all items are sent together in one box. Otherwise, the shipping cost would double.
If we haven't clearly stated that the number of tubes we'll be providing isn't the same quantity as the number of packs you've purchased, we apologize.
But please understand that our intentions were always to serve our customers. The poster was a "gift" to show our gratitude for your support. From this point onwards, our website will clearly state every little detail to avoid any misunderstandings.
The box used for the ZDT Triple / Quad Packs were merely serving its purpose as a means for shipping. It is not part of the product that we're selling.

Our thoughts on 'Om Shanti Om'
'OM SHANTI OM' is a Bollywood movie as some of you may already know — a slight departure from our traditional “arthouse” releases.
The story-line is pretty straightforward as you’d expect from a Masala film. But the grand design / scale of the production with dance numbers will leave you enthralled. The story is set around the Bollywood industry itself, which is why we believe that it’s the perfect introduction to the genre if you’ve never seen a Bollywood film before.
An Indian film may not be your thing, but please keep an open mind to world cinema like Bollywood. Plain Archive does not solely focus on critically acclaimed arthouse films. Releasing a series of culturally-diverse films is more important to us. Even though we understand the lack in popularity, we won’t be pouring less effort into this release. In fact, we’ll be taking extra steps to ensure that we come up with the best possible edition. OM SHANTI OM was a big success in India, but also in Korea as well. Actors Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone are both huge stars of Bollywood.
If you are a Plain Archive fan from overseas, we expect most of you to not have seen the movie. But perhaps releasing an Indian film is something that we ought to ambitiously try at least once, given the opportunity. There’s no need to purchase all of our releases “to collect ‘em all”. On the contrary, we believe that it’s better if you buy the releases you want to watch. But halting your Plain Archive collection altogether because of OM SHANTI OM hurts our feelings. Plain Archive will always strive for producing quality Blu-ray editions of well-made films, that are worth watching. The packaging is merely an icing on the cake.

If you’d like to be in our special 2nd anniversary video featuring renowned Korean directors Park Chan-wook, Kim Jee-woon, and Ryoo Seung-wan, please submit a video using wetransfer.com to [cs@plainarchive.com]. We’ll be selecting some of your clips to be included in the final video.
Even if your video doesn’t make it in, we’ll be releasing a full uncut version which will feature all of your submissions.
The nature of the video is celebrating Plain Archive’s 2nd anniversary. You can state the reasons why you like Plain Archive, as an example. Creatively unique videos have a better chance of ending up in our video.
