Due to the analog manufacturing process, colored vinyl may have slight color variations, including spots or smudges. These are not considered defects and cannot be grounds for an exchange or return.

Playback issues such as skipping or popping can often be resolved by adjusting the tonearm, plinth, and tracking force of your turntable. For users of all-in-one turntable systems without tracking force adjustment, we recommend using a turntable with proper settings. Playback problems caused by your equipment are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

We do not accept exchanges or returns for minor issues with the size of the center hole or slight imperfections with the label. If the center hole is too small, it can often be adjusted to fit the spindle.
