Refund policy

Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns for change of mind. We only accept returns in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at cs@plainarchive.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Photo/video evidence is required when reporting defects or damages.

Starting a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at cs@plainarchive.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For partially damaged items, we will determine the refund amount based on photo evidence provided.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items

Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Additionally, Blu-rays, DVDs, and books cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or tampered with.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, send us an email at cs@plainarchive.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. However, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return within 3 business days, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
