Processing and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days and shipped from South Korea via KOREA POST. Two options are available at checkout:

- Economy Shipping (K-Packet, where available): approximately 2-4 weeks.
- Express Shipping (EMS): approximately 1-2 weeks.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local postal conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is sent by email once your order has shipped. If you do not receive tracking or notice a delay, please contact us at cs@plainarchive.com.

Customs and Import Duties

Import duties and taxes may be charged when your package arrives in your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are set solely by local authorities. We have no control over them, cannot predict the amount, and cannot guarantee any reduction. For questions about duties, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned due to an address error, the cost to reship it is the customer's responsibility. To change an address after ordering, please contact us immediately at cs@plainarchive.com.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Requests made after shipment are handled under our Return and Refund Policy, and original and return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.

Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at cs@plainarchive.com and we will help open an inquiry with the carrier.

Tracking that shows a package as delivered to the address provided on the order is treated as proof of delivery. Packages marked as delivered are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or claim for non-receipt.

Only shipments officially confirmed as lost by KOREA POST or the destination postal service before delivery are eligible for a refund or replacement.

Claims for non-receipt should be reported within 30 days of the delivery date shown in the tracking information to allow timely investigation.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or returned to us as unclaimed, original shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs fees, and any other costs incurred may be deducted from the refund. No refund can be issued if the package is abandoned, destroyed by customs due to the recipient's actions or failure to complete customs requirements, or otherwise not returned to us.

For any shipping questions, please contact us at cs@plainarchive.com. We usually reply within 3 business days. Our hours are 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM KST, and we are closed on weekends and Korean public holidays.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
