Notice for Customers in the United States

Korea Post has temporarily suspended standard shipping services to the United States due to updated U.S. customs requirements. We are currently using EMS Premium as an alternative shipping method.

Please note that EMS Premium shipping rates are higher than standard Korea Post services.

Additional Fees Upon Delivery:

• Brokerage Fee: 14 USD or 2% of the duty amount (whichever is higher)

• COD Fee: 12 USD if customs duty is not prepaid

Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. If a package is returned due to refusal to pay duties, shipping fees cannot be refunded.

We will notify customers when standard shipping resumes.
