The Old Woman with the Knife reframes the assassin thriller around a killer in her sixties. Lee Hye-young (In Front of Your Face, The Novelist's Film) stars as Hornclaw, a legendary assassin gradually being written off as past her prime, in the first role of its kind in her celebrated career. This edition brings together three versions of the film: the Berlinale-selected International Cut in native 4K, the original 122-minute Theatrical Cut, and the never-before-released Uncut Version.

Story: For more than forty years, Hornclaw (Lee Hye-young) has quietly eliminated the human vermin of the world. Now in her sixties, the legendary assassin is being pushed aside by the agency she has served for decades. After an injury brings her into the lives of veterinarian Dr. Kang and his young daughter, she begins to question her vow never to have anything worth protecting. Meanwhile, Bullfight, a young killer who has pursued her for years, is enraged by her change and draws Hornclaw into the fiercest duel of her life.
