Playback problems such as popping during playback can usually be resolved by adjusting the turntable's tonearm and plinth, and do not indicate defects in the disc. Poor playback caused by equipment issues cannot be exchanged or returned.
We do not accept exchanges or returns for disc center hole caliber or labeling that are not smooth, as this can often be resolved by adjusting the hole to fit the spindle.
