Notice for Customers in the United States

Korea Post has temporarily suspended standard shipping services to the United States due to updated U.S. customs requirements. As a result, we are currently using EMS Premium as an alternative shipping method.

Please note that EMS Premium shipping rates are higher than standard Korea Post services.

Additional Fees (May Apply Upon Delivery):

• Brokerage Fee: 14 USD or 2% of the duty amount (whichever is higher)

• COD Fee: 12 USD if customs duty is not prepaid

Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. If a package is returned due to refusal to pay duties, shipping fees cannot be refunded.
