⚠️ LPs can be exchanged or returned only in case of poor playback or serious damage to the package. We will carefully inspect and package the record to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. We do not accept exchanges or returns for minor cover marks, creased corners, stains, or cracks in the inner sleeve.

Please note that due to the production process of mixing dyes, colored vinyl may have slight variations in color or spots/stains. These natural variations are not considered defects and therefore are not eligible for returns.

Playback problems such as popping during playback can usually be resolved by adjusting the turntable's tonearm and plinth, and are not indicative of defects in the disc. Poor playback caused by equipment issues cannot be exchanged or returned.

We do not accept exchanges or returns for disc center hole caliber or labeling that is not smooth, as this can often be resolved by adjusting the hole to fit the spindle.
