We don't have any access or authority over those in charge of delivering your package in your country. Please contact the local post office if you were not able to receive the package.
Mail carriers usually leave a note at the door when no one's home.
Please also note that we hold you responsible for any extra shipping fee if it's caused by your failure to retrieve the package.
