Effective July 31, international orders with a total weight over 700 g will ship via Korea Post EMS or EMS Premium, depending on the destination. K-Packet will remain available for orders weighing 700 g or less.
In recent months, far too many K-Packet parcels have arrived damaged, been misdelivered, or gone missing altogether. With limited tracking and no signature confirmation, both our customers and our team are often left without clear answers. We have spent a great deal of time trying to trace and resolve each case, often with very little information to work with.
We know express shipping costs more, and we are sorry that this change has become necessary. We did not make the decision lightly, but we no longer feel comfortable sending heavier orders under these conditions. These services provide more detailed tracking and stronger proof of delivery, allowing us to respond more effectively when something goes wrong.
We sincerely hope you will understand why we have had to make this change.
